Services

As soon as an agreement is signed, our event coordinator takes charge of your planning.  He or she will guide you and explain the services available. Our coordinator will make all necessary arrangements with caterers and other extern suppliers for you. At last, our coordinator will also help you with details of your event (hall lay-out, workers, sound and lights…) and all follow-ups.
