Barn, shepherd’s pie, piano player from San Diego and grand piano

4:00 pm: Let’s start with a happy hour from 4 to 6, where you can have a drink in the shade under a tree or on the patio.

6:00 pm: You are then served a three-course meal in the likes of a “pimped” shepherd’s pie or maple syrup pork tenderloin made in Scott. You’ll have enough to eat in an electric atmosphere. On your table, you’ll see a tin box with pencils and pieces of paper. Prepare your special requests; you’ll be grooving later.

You won’t know what’s hit you… it’s almost 8:00 pm.
8:00 pm: The 2 grand pianos sitting on stage in the middle of the old hen house will finally get to be used. The San Diego piano players arrive, have a little chat in English with guests and go on stage. It usually happens at that moment: watch out for tables and dessert plates being thrown away; the place is on fire!

At La broche à foin, we found the trick to get the party going! I’m not giving you my recipe, but you can sure have a taste of it!

La broche can welcome up to 100 people in the summer and up to 80 guests during cooler seasons. Several groups had a taste of it:

Christmas party (People from Transport Lau-Ann);
Birthdays (Vincent Marcoux’s 40th);
Bachelor party (I can’t tell everything, but talk to Simon Laliberté’s pals!);
Wedding anniversary (“Poney” and Line’s 35th anniversary);
Everything is possible in a relax and festive atmosphere. La Broche à foin is at its best with live music. Singer or band available at all times. Time of arrival and dinner time are at your preference and you are provided with a full menu that you can pick in advance. Accommodation on the premises.

If you love weddings, but find they’re all the same, you’ll be happy with La broche à foin. For a country-style wedding with an urban and classic twist, for feasibility and easy organization, as well as for the place’s unique character, La broche à foin is an increasingly sought after place to celebrate a wedding.

Accommodation on the premises (Gîte l’Aubergine);
No hall rental fee;
Large green land with many big trees;
8 X 10 stage;
Brand new sani-station (toilets).
